Who we help
We help business owners.We only work with founders with existing businesses that have all the raw materials necessary for 7-figure profits (or more), but they lack the structures, systems, teams, tools, and guidance on how to get there.

Our story
We didn't set out to become investors or consultants.We started our journey in 2007, and before we knew it, we had thousands of hours of consulting for companies both big and small. Along the way, a variety of private equity and venture investors approached us about our work, but it was always a miserable experience.We asked ourselves why other consultants dragged out work for months and renegotiated over and over again. It was horrible.Then we read about how Roland Frasier and Ed O'keefe do consultations for equity. The focus for them is bringing transformational value and that can be done most effectively when embedded in the business.Our goal is to bring transformational change quickly.Nobody has done this for businesses like yours, so we said "screw it" and decided to do it ourselves using Frasier and O'Keefe's simple approach.In 2021, we stopped starting companies and started partnering with them using a simple half-day process, then partnering with those companies that fit.It turned out we were right; the founders loved it.We haven't looked back since...
